Payment is binding.

Payment is binding, and there are in general no refunds for registered participants who do not attend the convention.

If something unforeseen happens, you have these options:

• Transfer the registration to somebody else.
• Save the registration for next year's convention.
• Get a partial or full refund, according to the situation.

If these terms do not suit you, tell us before you pay. We cancel the booking and you owe nothing.
