To know You
Present your ministry at the convention.
You meet 150 to 250 Adventist business people, professionals, ministry leaders, students and families from across Scandinavia, and your support makes something real happen. For the convention, every sponsorship pays for something it needs, which keeps a place within reach for families and students.
A stand at the convention.
Meet the participants face to face. When you book your place, choose Exhibiting and tell us what you need: a small stand (one table or less) or a large one (two tables or more, if there is room), a power socket, or room for a banner. The team confirms your place and tells you where your stand is and when to set up. Those who staff your stand book their own place as participants. Unless you are a member, we send an invoice for the stand when we confirm it.
Members of ASI Scandinavia: free of charge. For everyone else the price follows the size of the organisation:
- Starting out or small: SEK 300, or SEK 450 for a large stand. Started in 2025 or 2026, or a yearly turnover (for a ministry, yearly income) under SEK 1 million, or run by volunteers with no paid staff.
- Established: SEK 900, or SEK 1 350 for a large stand. Running for two years or more, with a yearly turnover or income of SEK 1 to 10 million, or 1 to 9 paid staff.
- Larger organisation: SEK 2 700, or SEK 4 050 for a large stand. A yearly turnover or income over SEK 10 million, or 10 paid staff or more.
Choose the one that fits you best. If more than one fits, the lowest applies. We take your word for it.
On the Sabbath, from sunset on Friday 1 January to sunset on Saturday 2 January, the stands rest from selling and sponsors are thanked without promotion.
An advert in the convention booklet.
Every participant receives the booklet. This year it comes in a new design and a new square format, and the adverts are placed through the booklet, beside the parts they suit, rather than all at the end.
- Full page: SEK 600, members SEK 150. 148 x 148 mm. Artwork 154 x 154 mm, with 3 mm bleed on every side; text and logos 10 to 12 mm from the edge.
- Quarter page: SEK 200, members SEK 50. A square of 62 x 62 mm, with no bleed.
Members of ASI Scandinavia save 75%. Send your advert as a print-ready PDF to samuel.klein@asiscandinavia.org by Tuesday 17 November; we confirm it and send an invoice. We may scale an advert or set several on one page so that the booklet reads well.
Sponsor a part of the convention.
Choose something the convention needs, one or several, and we will thank you where people see it. Each sponsorship pays for something real: a speaker’s journey, the children’s programme, an afternoon fika, a place for someone who could not otherwise come.

- New Year’s Eve, SEK 3 000. The evening’s programme and the refreshments at midnight. Thanked during the evening.

Time together
- An afternoon fika, SEK 5 000 (three available). Tea, fruit and something baked for everyone, one afternoon. “Today’s fika is offered by …” on the table.
The outreach day
- Books to give away, SEK 6 000. About 1,200 copies of The Great Hope, five for every participant to give to people they meet on the outreach day. Thanked when the participants are sent out.
Every sponsor is thanked by name, with the logo where there is one, on the booklet’s thank-you page and on the convention’s page on our website, and from the stage on a weekday.
Write to samuel.klein@asiscandinavia.org with what you would like to sponsor, and we will confirm it and send an invoice. Each part has one sponsor unless it says otherwise: first come, first served. Sponsorships chosen by Friday 11 December are named in the printed booklet.
Sponsor the welcome bag, or something in it.
Every participant receives a welcome bag. Sponsor the bag or something in it: nothing to send and nothing to carry. Choose by Friday 20 November, so that the items can be made in time.
The bag and what everyone wears
- The welcome bag, SEK 8 000. A sturdy cotton bag in the convention’s design, carried all four days and long after.
- Lanyards and name-badge holders, SEK 5 000. Worn by everyone, every day of the convention.
For the dark and the cold
- Reflectors, SEK 5 000. A soft reflector with the convention’s mark: the sun sets before three in the afternoon.
- Hand warmers, SEK 3 000. A pair for the hours outdoors on the outreach day.
- Tea for the evenings, SEK 1 500. Two caffeine-free herbal teas for the cold evenings.
For the days and nights at Ekebyholm
- A night’s sleep, SEK 3 000. Earplugs and an eye mask, for those who sleep in a shared classroom.
- Notebooks, SEK 6 000. A notebook for the meetings, the workshops and the people you meet.
- Pens, SEK 3 500. A good pen for every participant.
For the new year
- A 2027 card, SEK 1 500. A Bible-reading plan for the year on one side, and Friday’s sunset in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki on the other.
- A thermal mug, SEK 20 000. For hot drinks on the outreach day and every day of the year after: for a larger sponsor.
For the children
- Children’s activity packs, SEK 2 000. A colouring book and crayons for each of about 40 children.
Any amount
- A gift towards the welcome bag, any amount. For anything the bag still needs.
Prices include any VAT and cover the item for every bag, with something over for the rest of the welcome bag. Each sponsor is thanked on a card in every bag and in the booklet; where an item suits it, your logo is printed on it. Each item has one sponsor: first come, first served.
Or give something of your own.
Pens, bookmarks, flyers or something you make: we expect between 150 and 250 participants, so please send enough for everyone if you can; smaller quantities are welcome too. Please confirm with us before you send anything: write to samuel.klein@asiscandinavia.org with what you would like to give and how many, and we will confirm. Then send it to arrive at Ekebyholm before 23 December, addressed to ASI Scandinavia Convention, c/o Ekebyholmsskolan, Ekebyholm 9, 762 91 Rimbo, Sweden.
